Guaranteed Rent
Total peace of mind for landlords. If the tenant fails to pay the rent, it can be paid until vacant possesion is obtained (for up to 12 months and excluding the first month's rent). In addition, you can have 50% of the rent paid for up to 3 months after vacant possession has been obtained, whilst a new tenant is found. Full legal expenses are included.

Comprehensive Buildings Insurance
Covers the rebuilding of your property following loss or damage caused by fire, aircraft, malicious persons (excluding malicious damage by tenants), lightning, explosion, collision or impact, falling trees and earthquake, theft by forcible means, subsidence, heave, riot/civil commotion, storm, flood, escape of water or oil leakage - plus loss of rent and your re-letting costs (following damage) up to 30% of the sum insured.

Also includes Employer's Liability and Property Owner's Liability.

Full Contents Insurance
Cover for all your contents on a new for old basis for loss or damage caused by fire, aircraft, malicious persons (excluding malicious damage by tenants), lightning, explosion, impact, theft by forcible means, subsidence, heave, riot/civil commotion, storm, flood, escape of water or oil leakage, replacement of locks following theft of keys - plus loss of rent and your re-letting costs (following damage) up to 30% of the sum insured.

Also includes Employer's Liability and Property Owner's Liability.

Accidental Damage Option
(including malicious damage by tenants)

For an additional premium you can have the benefit of further peace of mind by extending cover to include comprehensive accidental damage, including accidental and/or malicious damage by the tenant.
