We let and manage furnished and unfurnished flats and houses throughout Monmouthshire and the Forest of Dean. Please click on 'Properties' above to view a shortlist, although our stock changes daily and you should contact us for current availability or to register your requirements. Please note that for your safety and peace of mind;

All of our managed properties are CORGI gas safety certificated, and inspected for electrical safety, and furniture fire safety.

Security deposits (bonds) are held in a designated Client Account in accordance with the recommended practice and are registered with Tenancy Deposit Solutions in accordance with legislation.

Tenant's Protection
We are able to arrange standard insurance cover for all of your household furniture, furnishings, clothing and personal possessions whilst in your home. Further protection is available for loss or accidental damage to personal possessions outside of the home.

Our Fees
We charge an Agency Fee of £45 per applicant to cover referencing costs and an Administration Fee of £95.
